It would be great to have a line entry for what patient owes for each date of service, after insurance pays....not taking into account what they've paid....but just showing the entire amount that was owed. You have to manually do all the math to figure out what they had owed, to deduct what they paid, to show them the accuracy of what they owe now.....those difficult patients...but helpful for all.
