When attaching an xray via Dexis imaging inside the claim window from the Ledger, sometimes the date will appear on top of the xray image and sometimes not. It appears to be random with different xrays, but would be great if this issue can be resolved to where the date on the xray populates for every image when attaching to a claim in Dentrix. I spoke with Dentrix Support & they mentioned it's a Dexis Issue. Dexis Support is not sure how to resolve this issue even after having the latest Dexis Integrator installed. Would be great if Dexis Developers & Dentrix Developers can get together to resolve this issue going forward please.
