Currently, when attaching SmartImages (specifically intra-oral SmartImages) to an insurance claim manually, there is no way to identify the image with a tooth number/label. Without knowing the tooth number of the image it is extremely hard to attach the correct picture to the claim. It would be convenient if SmartImage integrated with Dentrix Claims in a similar way that Dexis did- where all images are mounted/labeled according to tooth number and are shown in the claims attachment system exactly how they normally appear and are mounted in Dexis. It would be helpful if we could see the same mount/layout of SmartImage in the claim attachment system.
