Apparently, if you change someone’s appt by moving them to a different spot/date and movie someone else into their spot. those things do NOT get updated in DF so the person who was moved to a different date still gets appt for the date they no longer have an appt and a new patient never gets an update for their appt.
On top of that, you can not even stop text from going out to the person who's appt was moved, so we have patients constantly complaining about getting notifications about appt which were moved to a different date.
This seems like a big BUG in DF that needs to be addressed right away
