I have three patients and others that are showing confirmations in the system. All patients have said they did not confirm appointments. I would like the system looked at to fix the issue that PEFirms are coming into the system without any tracked communications in the patient profile. Also, in appointment history the status does not say changed by 3rd party application. Examples of the patients are Scott B, Jean S, and Lauren P. With all of these patients a tech assisted me and told me that some of the changes were tracked but had information from the system that confirmed only Scott Baker confirmed and the other two had no information in the system regarding confirmations. No one in our office accidently changed the status to firmed.
