Sometimes patients are scheduled for multiple appointments throughout the day, and are bombarded and get confused by having all their appointment times sent. This would only send them the earliest appointment so they would show up for that.

Super frustrating! I'm new to this Dentrix Hub and I had to disable it! Patients are showing up on the wrong time because they made have looked at just one of the texts!
I agree with this suggestion and am surprised more people have not voted for it. Pts get so confused if they have an appt with hygiene first and then are seeing DDS right after, they have shown up to the later appt time and missed their cleaning.
