Ecentral would let us customize reminder messages. Dentrix hub either needs to let us customize reminder texts more or the pre-programmed reminder needs to specify the day of the week (i.e. Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri). We have some patients that have no idea what day goes with what date and they miss their appointments or come a day early.

Completely agree. I see you posted this in 2023 and they still haven't fixed it. It lists in the Dentrix Resource center under editing a text reminder that the day of the week should be there. Totally inaccurate and incredibly frustrating. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
I totally agree. This happen a lot in our office since we changed our software to Dentrix. A lot of our patients shows up a day early cause it doesn't say the day of the week and get confused with the dates and I hope we can also add a few more words so we can write our late and cancellation policy when we remind them about their appts. We're able to add our policy on the e-mail but our patients prefer text reminders.
