Since Dentrix no longer allows us to create a Patient File from a NP appointment, the system should not allow an appointment to be made if there is not Patient File. Or at least go back to letting us create the Family File from the appointment. We are having appointments made that cannot save xrays or be completed & we have to go back and fix them!!
