When we attach notes/alerts to xrays in Dexis we have the option when printing the xrays to also print notes/alerts and drawings.
It'd made narratives a lot easier if those notes and drawings were also transfered to the claim attachments when added to the claim.
Our office will draw a box around the issue and then write the issue in the description box in Dexis so whenever we open their xrays we can see at a glance what the doctor said about that tooth. If that transfered to Claim Attachments, it'd save time from rewriting it.
