Regarding benefit and coverage updating duplicate carrier name and group

When updating carrier and group number if, more than one patient has that same carrier and group it updates that information to everyone attach to that carrier and group specifically which is wrong. The only way as a workaround is to add a new carrier/group. How can we keep the information for individual patients instead of attaching to everyone due that they can be attach to an specific program with the insurance and coverage isn't always the same for those patients that are attach to the same group\carrier.


Proposal:

we can add a section within the insurance maintenance that we can attach a program section so we can make a difference between patients that have different coverage on that carrier without having to add a new insurance plan.
