If a individual patient or group has multiple plan/contract renewal dates (Jan - Dec) but the benefits are exactly the same the program makes us add a whole other plan and basically duplicate it just to change the month that a particular patients plan renews. It would be helpful if it allowed us to just change a patient's renewal date without having to duplicate everything else that is already in there.
