We need to be able to set or take away permissions for each employee individually for the "do not show again today" box on the patient flag. After the flag is set up anybody can click the box and then other areas of the office do not see flags that they need to see. If an assistant clicks that box and then the patient comes to check out, the front desk could miss an important note about the account.
