In the past, I would just have to click the View box in the Patient Notes in the Family File. Now, once I switch to another patient, it automatically goes back to Hide. We use the Patient Notes box to quickly see what home care products the patient uses, their preferred contact method, and names of the parents (if the parents aren't patients.
