Staff can change fees for friends without anyone knowing. Doctors don't know all the fees , so reviewing the daysheet will not catch this bit of "embezzlement". Even looking at the daysheet at the end of the day will not help unless we have all the fees memorized.

There are ways to setup and utilize the passwords feature to do just this. we do encourage you to reach out to support for assistance with setup, should you opt for this feature.
Support just told me that is not the case. If something is treatment planned anyone can open it up and change the fee. My office really needs our fees locked down and only the administrators should be able to change them. This is a big problem.
