Not all staff do clinical notes and do not need this reminder showing at the top of Appointment Book, and it obstructs your view of the Day/Date!

Thank you for your feedback! We are further improving this functionality in our next release, which is currently in Beta.
In this release, we are moving the clinical note counts to the bottom of the Appointment Book view, so that the text doesn't collide with the date. Additionally, there will be an option to hide the clinical note counts completely. You can view the upcoming changes at https://whatsnew.dentrix.com/
Our office will gladly welcome the new Release to move the Signature Manager information up at the top. We do not use this function and it is quite annoying.
