Every single time we get a new employee they inevitably forget how to "set complete" an appointment correctly. With 3 dentists, 4 hygienists, and a team of over 25 (in just one of our five locations) it is near impossible to check every single patient ledger to be sure all procedure codes in the appointment book are posted to ledgers. There should be a system like the signature manager on the appointment book that shows "scheduled production" vs. "completed production" or that clearly states which procedures were not set complete when appointments were completed. We are losing so much time and potential profits over this. PLEASE :)
