Create a way to signify on each individual appt in the appt book whether the clinical note for that date of service has been signed.

I work in a pedo office with multiple providers. Hygiene appts are not assigned to any particular provider. In order to see if a clinical note has been signed we have to open every patient and every clinical note to see if it’s signed. This is EXTREMELY inefficient. Please create a way to show on the appt book view whether a chart has been signed by inserting a symbol somewhere on that appt. thanks. Dr Wilson.
