The audit trail I assume has been limited in the past due to memory constraints from time Dentrix was designed. With physical memory no longer being an issue EVERYTHING done in Dentrix should leave a log. From which user is pulling up a patient, entering a procedure, running a report, deleting a batch file, etc. I mean more thorough and detailed.
