Make Dentrix more user-friendly for practices that are not insurance based

So many of the features in Dentrix are tools to utilize when dealing with insurance. We are not an insurance based office. We do submit claims, but we rarely see EOB's. Because of this, 99% of our patients do not have balances and we are never chasing money so many of the reports/features are useless.
