I would like to see Dentrix adopt an "EOB" like ledger. I feel it would be a lot easier to see the procedure done- the patient payment- and the insurance claim/ (eventually) payment all together. When I get on a ledger I get lost on how much the patient actually owes or what balance we are waiting on. I personally prefer Eaglesoft's ledger better. Easy to read and follow along with. Going from Eaglesoft to Dentrix is difficult- when it comes to a very important part of a practice-- it's ledger!!
