Need to be able to print a patients history without their payments or insurance payments. Patients who relocate and want their history and xrays transferred should not have to see what the office charges or what insurance pays. Dentrix is great for the Dentists and their operatories but some of it is not very accommodating for the front desk.

You can do this by doing the following:
open the patients chart
click on file
click on print
click on patient chart
click on select details (lower right)
Put a check next to the items you want included in the print out/PDF (you can take out cost, treatment notes, etc.)
click ok
