It would be helpful if there was an audit trail for when things are added to the document center. There are times that things are imported to the document center (via screenshot, scanning or importing from a file) and the person who imports them doesn't follow our office's protocol for importing them. It would be nice to be able to identify who is doing that without having to ask around to all staff members.

An audit trail provides basic information to backtrack through the entire trail of events to its origin, usually the original creation of the record. This may include user activities, access to data, login attempts, administrator activities, or automated system activities.
