I was directed to send an email to implement in future Dentrix updates the option to run a scan at end of month to either auto archive inactive patients or remove their files from our Dentrix system. The reason we were looking into this is our server each year is holding onto so much information and the cost to backup with our IT company each year increases
Seems like there should be a way like in the years previously when we had paper charts after 4 years we would put through the charts to a shredding company and purge, just think Dentrix should have something like that.
