Often, with complex treatment plans, certain procedures have to be scheduled before others. Although the ability to sequence procedures already exists inside the Treatment Planner Layout submodule, this module is not always deployed, especially at the Front Desk. It would be SO much more convenient and accessible to 'simply' add another column to the Progress Notes panel where the desired sequencing of procedures can be easily seen by the Front Desk when scheduling is being done. This would eliminate all of those very awkward discussions between the Dr. and the Front such as: "...why is this patient in the chair for final impressions when the perio hasn't been completed on that area?..." or "...why is the patient in the chair for trial insertion of that bridge before the whitening procedures in the treatment plan have been completed?..." and such. And there is so much available "real estate" between the existing column headers and the "Amount" column on the right... Also, can you have Development add "Tool Tips" to the column headers so we can remember what the columns/letters that we don't usually use stand for? Like, I know that "N" is for Note and "R" is for Referral, but I don't remember what the other letters stand for...I know I can take the time to look it up in the User Guide, but a simple "tool tip", like hovering over the tools above this text field explains what each tool is/does, would save the User the time/effort... but that's a separate suggestion...
Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
