Reports which give The list of patients with Unscheduled Treatment or pending treatment should include the Appointment notes on it. Making it easier for the Dr. and the Treatment planner team to work time saving fashion. And multiple staff front desk , back office can be given instruction to discuss with the patients based on the notes..
Pt can be given education or directed to care credit for financing if needed.
Such reports will save lot of time in practise where we have multiple doctors and assistants coming on different schedules.
Dentrix need to update this features. I had discussed this subject with last class I attended with Chris Ciardello from global Team Solutions.
