Dental offices are busy and once in awhile a clinical note may have been missed. Rather than manually have to search an the entire week/month patient by patient to make sure all notes were entered by providers. Why can we not have a report- as such provider/patient id/date of completed appointment/tx (optional)/only listing those that do not have no clinical notes.
