Please have Developers add Tool Tips to the N,R,D and M column headers in the Progress Notes panel of Chart so that when you hover the cursor over the letters it shows what the letter stands for. I've been using Dentrix since 2005 and I still don't know what the "D" and "M" stand for! It's such a very simple request: perhaps if the Users knew what the headers stood for some users might think "OH! Is THAT what that stands for! I didn't even know about THAT..." and it might add some functionality for the users to access that they didn't even know about. It also would not be out of bounds to have the actual words be spelled out in the header column if one was to expand the column width...
