We appreciate the update that fixed all the glitches we have been dealing with for years but we were shocked to see how dramatic the PATIENT tab changed. I have been using EZ dental for 25 years and it has always been user friendly and pretty self explainatory which is why I love it. THE UPDATE MADE THE PATIENT TAB THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE! It is NOT user friendly and it is hard to figure certain things out. I do not appreciate this unexpected dramatic change to this ONE tab and having to try to train myself and my staff on a whim. I would love for there to be an update available to go back to the OLD format on this PATIENT TAB.
