The recent update to making a new patient appointment is awful. We have to do 10 extra steps (exaggeration) and it is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe the "meeting of the minds" all sat around, discussed this and decided to implement it -- apparently they don't use it on a daily basis. Please, please, please go back to the previous way!

NEW FEATURE TO "STREAMLINE" NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS IS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS EXTREMELY TIME-CONSUMING FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE STANDPOINT AND ADDS MORE PHONE TIME TO COLLECT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. IT ADDS UNNECESSARY DATA IN TO MY DATABASE WITH POTENTIAL RISK THAT PATIENT MAY DECIDE NOT TO COME HERE. IN ADDITION, IN ORDER TO REMOVE "NEW PATIENT" THAT NO-SHOW FROM MY DATABASE WE HAVE TO GO IN MANUALLY TO DELETE THE FAMILY.
