When a patient makes a payment via QuickBill email, the date that is posted in Dentrix does not match the Worldpay reports. This date has to be changed to match Worldpay reports for accounting purposes. Dentrix DOES not allow you to change the date, therefore you have to delete the payment, post the payment as a cash payment (because if you try to repost as a cc pmt, Dentrix wants to PROCESS the card), then go back in and change it to a credit card payment This is A LOT of steps and is NOT efficient,
I completely agree that this needs to be changed. It's an accounting nightmare.
