It would be nice if the Dentrix actually matched/posted the payments that World Pay is taking on their behalf.
We just started using QuickBill Premium approx 2 weeks ago so that our patients would have a way to pay their bill via a link on their statement/email/text. What we have noticed so far is that we do not get every payment imported through Dentrix. When we go to look at our transactions the next day, the RCM Report from Dentrix & the report we download from World Pay (accessmyiq) do not always match. In fact, this weekend, 3 out of 11 payments were never imported by Dentrix and had to be added manually.
I have contacted Dentrix support about this. The rep I talked to changed a few settings on our server, then said we will no longer have any issues. Within the next few days after, we were still missing payments. Please fix this.

Wow! We started having this same problem after the last Dentrix update in Late November. We have also tried to resolve with Dentrix .. we can not rely on Dentrix to download ALL online payments. .. only some! Dentrix PLEASE correct this ASAP
