At present, patient statements are not automatically generated and sent to patients monthly, bimonthly etc in DENTRIX. Once a statement has been created and sent to a patient, the office staff has to resend these statements every month until there is a zero balance. DENTRIX software should automatically send statements to patients via mail, email, or both as often as the office determines. Once the patients’ accounts have been paid in full, the automatic statements would cease until further treatment.
