I worked w/ Eaglesoft and they have an indicator button on the the appt, it shows red if patient has not arrived, when the patient arrives, you then manually click it to show patient has arrived. I believe there is even a report that shows the arrival times. Thanks for listening. Melissa
Thank you for the suggestion. currently there is only a status option on each appointment, to indicate colors of your choice.
