On 'Locate An Existing Appointment,' add the time of the appointment and not just the date.
Everytime a patient calls to check on their appointment date or if we need to verify a patient's appointment date, we have to 'View Appt.' It's an extra step that can be avoided, if the time of the appt is provided.
