We would like a better way to view when a patient arrives. Currently we change the appointment status color, but this is often overlooked. It would be great to have the appointment start flashing.
We use a Blue Note software for this. It works great and we can send messages to the operatories if needed. Such as: "your patient is running late" or "pts ride will be here shortly", etc.

Yes, a distinctive chime would be GREAT! PLEASE consider this as an option. I know so many that would appreciate it!
