If it is possible to add a timer that will start when a patient is marked as here. Once the patient is taken to the chair, then an associate can click the patient and turn off timer showing that they were seen and taken to the back. This way, if a patient is overlooked, we are able to see the timer and know how long they have been waiting. Thanks for considering this option.

I love this idea. Since my office tends to run behind so often, this idea would be great! It'd be amazing to know that when we're 20-30 minutes behind and we have 8-10+ people in the waiting room for a quick 3 minute follow up appointment, it would be wonderful to know who arrived when. This is a great idea!
