Fee Schedule updates /new insurance and Treatment plans

When a fee schedule is updated or a new insurance is added can you add a pop screen asking if you want to update fees on treatment plan. Or have an icon on the schedule screen showing they have treatment plan attached.

Appointment confirmation should support https protocol.

Received an appointment confirmation e-mail from my dentist. Acceptance button refers to an http-only site at demandforced3.com. In this day and age they should certainly allow/accept https protocol.

Treatment Planner Estimate automatically saves to their document center

Instead of printing to document center and then going to their specific document center to add manually it automatically saves to their file. It would save a lot of time / minimize human error of forgetting to attach.

I would like to be able to post an appointment from the appointment information box.

Is it possible to add the check mark into that area? When I check to see if the right procedure is scheduled, it eliminates me having to exit and return to the appointment book to post the appointment.

When resubmitting a old claim the fees are going as current fees not the fee at the time of the claim.

Range of teeth numbers for SRP
