need report by using a specific group ins number

I am trying to determine how many patients are effected in a specific group if we drop their insurance group. The company offers an insurance that has several group #s so using the insurance name does not give accurate info.

Month to Month insurance

Having the option to choose plan time as month to month. There's only options to choose when the renewal start is but no option to put if the insurance is month to month on the benefit details tab on the family file.

Tooth code optional for n/c codes

Please made tooth codes optional for n/c codes such as follow-ups. We still want the tooth code box to be there but not a requirement as sometimes the follow-up is regarding lesions, dentures, etc.
