It would be helpful to know who is logged into Dentrix on a workstation. (Does anyone log out after each session?)

easy to run report by specific procedure code

It's unbelievable that Dentrix does not have a way to run a report within the Dentrix software. I had to spend 1 hour on the phone having a representative run a utility for it and then needed to transfer it to Excel to print. Seriously inconvenien...

Exceptions for downgrading procedures for BY INSURANCE and not by Procedure Code

Presently some patient's have insurance which requires that the procedure be downgraded. Dentrix allows this to be done by procedure code which will affect ALL PLANS but this is just by certain insurances and needs to be able to be edited as such....
