Because we have to print off sometimes 5 claims white them out and manually write the updated Insurance information on the claim
Yeah, we shouldn't have to delete, re-batch, include attachments, and rewrite the claims remarks if something changes internally - it should just automatically be updated on the claim. Waste of time.
