There is an option to label cases as optional, eventual, or immediate. It would be very helpful to be able to filter reports by those categories when calling on unscheduled treatment. It would clear up our lists a lot if we could print a list of only those needing immediate treatment when making calls to fill the schedule. It would be a huge benefit to our office and others I'm sure.
