Create report to show batched claims not submitted

If we had a report to show any claims that were batched but not submitted we could review this to ensure all claims get processed smoothly and timely. Right now we are only finding these errors when a patient's balance becomes outstanding.

Add insurance co pay PER VISIT

We are seeing more insurance companies with $25 co pay PER VISIT. There is not a way to put this in at the moment. Currently we can add per procedure but then it will add a copay for each procedure instead of for the whole visit.

This would be helpful to know patients that have balances and are coming in so that we can make notes and arrangements for their balances to be paid at their visit.
