Manager Doc center not accessible to all staff

Is there a way we can make "private" or by management in doc center. Or able to make password protected in doc center in the STAFF doc center to be able to be accessed only by management or anyone who has manager access

update preset appts to current year for learning edition

all preset appointments are set to 2023, the date in the appointment book displays current, so you aren't able to see any appointments

We need to be able to print ledgers that include ADA codes.

We have more and more patients needing codes further back than the statement or walkout can give them.

Move icon buttons on appt down to bottom of appt block instead of the top so we can read the name displayed

Please, move icon buttons on the appt block to the bottom of the block so we can see the name of patient displayed without having to click on or open appt. Can save time when checking PT's in.

DELETED CLAIMS

there a few claims that were deleted and reprinted. there should be a way to pull up a report of what was submitted prior to deleting so that we can show insurance that we did submit them and this would be a way to fight insurance appeals

Dentrix Automatic Updates puts ALL icons for each module on every desktop

Dentrix Automatic Updates leaves ALL icons for each module on every desktop. The icons needed at each workstation are already there. Why is there a need to put ALL the icons on every workstation - making it so we have to delete the extra ones each...

Walk out

We would like the option to be able to print the patient walk out from the main booking screen. This will be easier then having to go into the patients ledger and printing from there
