Ability to change the order of autogenerated filled surfaces

Currently if you complete a distal occlusal filling on tooth #2, the system auto-generates it in notes as Tooth: 2 Surface: OD There should be an option to change that so that it reads Tooth:2 Surface: DO

Choose what is on a receipt

Color code appointment by treatment type

Option to use color coded appointment by types of treatment, not by provider (option during setup). So RCT can be yellow, fillings can be blue, etc.

Have clinical notes associated with tooth numbers so when you click on a tooth in the chart it also shows the clinical notes associated with it.
