I am the IT tech for multiple practices, and they use a billing company that has their computer that we are not allowed access to. There is always an instance of Dentrix opening on their workstation or others when there is nobody at the office. I would like for there to be a button to be able to proceed with the update like there is in Open Dental. If it's possible to make the update process like Open Dental, that would be fantastic. It's so seamless that the end-user would be able to do it themselves without calling Dentrix and causing more stress on them.
