Custom Progress notes

Would be sooo helpful to be able to add custom progress notes with a click of the mouse to add to and identify why to treatment planned items. I know the US version has this and this would be amazing. PLEASE

Posting a pymt

Is there a way to move the text up in the pull down tabs. We use medicaid write off the most so I would like that to be first in the lineup. And I agree the write off amt should automatically come up. Thank You Heather S.

Button in Rx Center to add Rx to clinical notes

We like to have Rx given to patients, documented in the clinical notes. As it is now, we have to prescribe the Rx in the Rx Center, then go to clinical notes to document it there.

I would like to be able to print a report that shows all of the "created" claims in our office.

I asked dentrix and from their understanding there is no report to be able to print from your system to keep track of "Created" claims that have not been sent to insurance. The representative suggested I send in an idea for you to see if this feat...

more billing statement options

There needs to be an option to hide the internal debit and credit adjustments on the billing statements. In this day and age of technology, this should not be a difficult fix. I see it was suggested quite some time ago and still not reviewed.l

CUSTOMIZE ROUTING SLIP

Please consider adding a fee schedule filed on ROUTING SLIP to display which fee schedule INSURNACE and PATIENT are tied to. It would help out TREMENDOUSLY!

more than 20 procedures allowed per appointment

Please consider making this an adustable feature, with the default being 20. I do a lot of full-mouth rehabilitation, and almost every appointment has more than 20 procedures. Splitting the procedures into multiple appointments also makes it diffi...
