Would be nice to add multiple physicians to a patient's health history. The patient may have a pcp and a cardiologist, but we have can only put one doctor.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
We need more "real estate" with medication lines. Would be nice to have enough room to add what the med was for (blood pressure, heart, arthritis, depression, etc) so support staff without pharmacology knowledge are able to understand at a glance why patient is taking. It is also serves as double check against a health history. For instance, if Pt doesn't indicate BP issues on health history, but is on a BP med, it would be easier to spot errors that don't match up.
