Create a new report that can list Primary Care Physicians and the patients they are assigned to within Health History. Allow options to display just a count of how many patients are assigned to each physician, or to list the patient names. Could a graph version of the top 10 physicians.

I literally just called Dentrix to ask for this report. It would be great if we could also find out which patients don't have a PCP attached to their Health History.
May also offer an option to create a secondary report of mailing labels for the physicians.
