Would like a report for hygienists only (secondary provider ID) that could specify the numbers of active patients as D1110, D1120, D4341, D4342, and D4910. Would also like this report to be able to pull for more than 10 providers at a time and we could pick and choose the secondary provider ID numbers without selecting a range that are provider numbers next to each other.
