Our Hygiene department is GREAT at scheduling the next CC appt while the patient is chairside. We do have some Perio Main patients that like to schedule the next 2 or 3. This has caused them to sometimes have 2 appts that are too close to each other. I think a report that shows patients that have multiple appointments for the same thing would be helpful in weeding that out and making sure it gets corrected sooner rather than later.
